Empowering teams to build from scratch and design for scale

Currently I lead cross-functional design squads to drive measurable business growth. My focus is entirely on impact-optimising high-volume transaction funnels, scaling multi-platform design systems, and accelerating team delivery velocity.

My strategic approach is sharpened outside the studio. Competitive badminton drives my tactical agility and fast decision-making under pressure. Meanwhile, a year of dedicated bird and wildlife photography across my travels has honed my capacity for deep observation, extreme precision, and the patience required to execute long-term product strategies.
